Scenic View *Timber Lodge* HotTub by Casa Oso

Excellent property. The pictures are accurate showing this beautiful modern cabin. Very very clean and organized! I was pleasantly surprised how the hosts were thoughtful in predcting the guests needs. No need to bring my own kitchenware, I was even able to cook a home made meal for my family and stay in cozy and comfortable just enjoying s’mores, have our usual game night and family time. Still, the place is spacious enough, permitting all of us individual space to read or do our own thing. My adult kids and our big fur baby loved our stay.

The only complaint I have would be the pans are pretty hammered other than that the place has been amazing

בסהכ המקום מרשים ומקסים. ציפיתי לשירות לקוחות יעיל יותר שיפתור את הבעיה ולא ידרוש מאיתנו לוותר על חלק מהחוויה בערב הראשו Positive: המקום מקסים, מעוצב בקפידה. יש חשיבה על כל הפרטים מהגדול לקטן. המטבח מאובזר בשלמות והכל יפה ומושקע Negative: ביום הראשון לא הצלחנו להדליק תאורה חיצונית שמקיפה את כל הבית ובגלל זה לא יכולנו להשתמש בג׳קוזי או לשבת בחוץ. נאלצנו להתכתב במשך שעתיים וחצי עם הצוות שאמור לטפל בבעיה. בהתחלה נאמר לנו שהם לא יכולים לדבר בטלפון ורק אחרי בקשות חוזרות, ניהלנו שיחת טלפון שבה הובן שגם הם לא יודעים לפתור את הבעיה מרחוק. ביקשתי שיחזרו אלי בשיחת וידאו- זה לא קרה. בסופו של דבר בלילה הראשון לא יכולנו להשתמש בג׳קוזי או לשבת בחוץ כי היה חושך גמור. התאורה תוקנה רק למחרת.

Splendide🩷 Positive: Všetko sa nám páčilo. Miesto v prírode s krásnym výhľadom, kľud, príjemná atmosféra, pozitívna energia. Za tie roky čo cestujeme, a po prejdenych vyše 40 krajinách sme este nemali takéto ubytovanie, ktoré spĺňalo všetko na čo si môžete spomenúť. Nabuduce urcite zostaneme dlhšie. Odporúčam vrelo🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Positive: Wir kamen rein und es war total heimelig und so freundlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl Es ist Natur pur so viele Hasen ums Haus einfach fantastisch die Ruhe. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Ich mochte die Persönlichkeit von denn Gastgebern als ich geschrieben habe bekam ich sofort eine Antwort. Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt Negative: Es war alles super
